  1. Prepare 200 gr of tp beras.
  2. Prepare 2 sdm of tp kanji.
  3. Prepare 150 gr of gulpas.

  1. Tuang bahan kering menjadi satu, lalu masukkan santan sedikit demi sedikit.
  2. Asuk terus sampai adonan tp lembut.
  3. Pindahkan pada panci, masak dg api kecil beri daun pandan sambil diaduk terus sampai adonan lembek spt ini,lalu matikan api.
  4. Siapkan wadah,potong buah kweni dan anggur, lalu masukkan adonan nagasari pada cetakan.
  5. Ratakan adonan biar rapi, lalu beri toping, untuj toping coklat diletakan setelah nagasari matang, lalu kukus kurleb 15 menit saja, lalu diamkan suhu ruang.
